Job Duties

• Service and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and service at various customer locations
• Conduct site surveys and move-out inspections, as well as perform repairs as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal management about work performed
• Submit reports, invoicing, and service tickets promptly
• Participate in nights/weekend on-call rotation, currently about once a month
• Balance between new/billable service work, preventative maintenance, turnover, and repairs

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience providing quality commercial and industrial service and maintenance across a wide range of facility equipment.

We are also interested in high-quality residential technicians who are interested in transitioning from residential to commercial service.
