Commercial HVAC Service Technician - Tampa, FL Area

Company Overview

Commercial ApplianceParts & Service is seeking qualified Commercial Service Technicians for our team in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas. We specialize in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC equipment at customer locations.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• Provide excellent customer service on every service call
• Complete service calls efficiently and in a timely manner
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 100 pounds with assistance

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC or related military fields (Veterans encouraged to apply)
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
• Excellent communication skills with customers
• Successful background check and drug screening
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

Preferred Skills

• CFESA certification
