Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience servicing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and related equipment.
• Licensing & Certification: Valid EPA Universal Certification; additional HVAC certifications are a plus (e.g., NATE, OSHA).
• Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues quickly and efficiently.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to commercial clients.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other technicians and team members.
• Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and on-call as needed.
