Are you an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician looking for a dynamic and rewarding role? We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in a commercial setting. You will be working on a variety of equipment including boilers, chillers, and commercial/industrial HVAC systems. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and components (commercial/industrial).
• Performing routine preventative maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly.
• Inspecting HVAC systems and their components (e.g. air handlers, chillers, boilers, etc.) to evaluate condition, identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance.
• Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in various types of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety and security protocols.
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members.
• Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field and sharing knowledge with team members.
• Preparing and submitting service reports and other documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician.
• Proven experience working with boilers, chillers, and commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• A strong understanding of HVAC principles, practices, and methods.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
• A commitment to safety and quality at all times.
