Job summary

Synergy Mechanical seeks experienced HVAC service technicians to diagnose and repair commercial systems across the Denver metro area. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot RTUs and boilers, and communicate clearly with customers and our office staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC experience (commercial preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights.
• Work independently while representing Synergy Mechanical Services professionally in the field.
