Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC equipment including chillers, pumps, cooling towers, split systems, package units, and boilers
• Lead and mentor other technicians
• Work knowledge of air- and water-cooled HVAC systems
• Service VFDs, motors, pumps
• Troubleshoot hydronic and boiler systems
• Knowledge of York, Trane, and Carrier microprocessors
• Maintain company property and tools
• Represent the company professionally and ethically
• Follow procedures for vehicle and warranty parts management
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain reliable attendance

Health & Safety Responsibilities

• Report unsafe acts or conditions
• Use PPE properly
• Operate equipment safely
• Participate in safety initiatives
• Report injuries or incidents
• Follow legislative and company safety policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, with additional training and 10+ years HVAC experience
• Valid licensing/certification as required
• Skills in refrigerant systems, HVAC startup, and commissioning
• Familiarity with instrumentation and maintenance procedures
• EPA Universal License required
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and field microprocessors
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 75 lbs, and work in various environments
