Job Duties include:

1. Commissioning of new ventilation and HVAC equipment
2. Repair, replace, and troubleshoot existing HVAC equipment
3. Develop and maintain service schedules
4. Prepare and submit daily job reports and invoices

Job Requirements:

• HVAC or HVAC/R skills preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems
• Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and use power and hand tools
• Work in outside conditions and tight spaces (inside RTUs)
• Use of ladders for roof access

Salary: Base salary (above average) plus monthly bonuses based on productivity and profits.
