• Universal EPA Certification required.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration units, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and heat pumps.
• Diagnose service issues, obtain replacement parts, calibrate systems per manufacturer recommendations, and clearly communicate issues and solutions to customers.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure ongoing HVAC system functionality.
• Travel to service sites, coordinate with dispatch, and communicate delays or issues to customers.
• Record call resolutions using company software and applications.
• Work nights and weekends on a rotating basis to address emergency service needs.
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and superiors.
• Participate in training sessions provided by the company or vendors.
• Follow safety standards, keep work areas and company vehicles clean and organized.

Qualifications
