Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to complete service calls independently.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial rooftop units, split systems, and electrical controls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Handle occasional residential service calls as workload requires.
• Service rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, and related controls.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and airflow issues.
• Explain findings and recommend repairs or IAQ products.
• Complete service records and communicate with dispatch and customers.
