BCI Mechanical is growing, and we're looking for experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career with a company that invests in its people. In this role you will diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete preventive maintenance, and communicate directly with customers while representing BCI Mechanical’s commitment to quality and professionalism.

A 5+ year background in commercial HVAC and EPA Universal Certification are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs on RTUs, split systems, boilers and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of commercial HVAC systems.
• Communicate with customers and represent the company professionally.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings during service calls.
• Collaborate with team and document work performed.

What You'll Work On

• Rooftop Units (RTUs)
• Split Systems
• Air Handlers
• Variable Air Volume (VAV) Systems
• Chillers
• Boilers
• Make-Up Air Units
• Exhaust & Ventilation Systems
• Building Automation Controls (working knowledge preferred)

You’ll diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, complete preventive maintenance, and communicate directly with customers while representing BCI Mechanical’s commitment to quality and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• NATE Certification
