Job summary

The A/C Guy of Tampa Bay in Clearwater, Brandon, and Land O' Lakes, FL is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Tech for full-time employment. You will diagnose, repair, and upgrade commercial heating and cooling systems while delivering professional customer service.

Candidates with 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to participate in on-call rotations are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heating and cooling experience.
• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial systems and equipment
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation schedule
• 5+ years of experience - preferred and eligible for a signing bonus
• NATE certification - preferred
• "Service MVP" experience - preferred

Responsibilities

• Driving to assigned locations, showing up on time, and providing professional customer service to the client
• Inspecting commercial heating and air conditioning systems and accurately diagnosing the source of any problems
• Performing high-quality repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment upgrades and replacements as appropriate

What You'll Need:

COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECH PAY AND PERKS:

Depending on experience and qualifications, you could make $80,000 to $200,000/year! If you have over 5 years of experience, we'll also throw in a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 depending on qualifications and experience. That's on top of our terrific benefits package, which includes:
