Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Experience with chillers, cooling towers, RTUs, and/or large-tonnage equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical plans and blueprints.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience selling to property managers, contractors, or developers preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

$70,000–$90,000 Base + Commission

Schedule: Field-based with office presence when not meeting with customers; office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base salary depending on experience + commission.
