Job description

Description

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC and commercial kitchen refrigeration equipment.
2. Commercial cooking equipment experience is a plus.
3. Communicate status of repairs with customers and branch office.
4. Accurately complete service calls in a timely manner.
5. Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked on the vehicle.
6. Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to represent Whaley quality.
7. Meet reasonable on-call requirements.
8. Communicate with branch office to order parts for repairs.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Safety First mindset
2. Two to three years experience in commercial kitchen repair of HVAC equipment and some experience with refrigeration equipment.
3. Strong electrical, HVAC/R, and mechanical background is a plus.
4. Commercial kitchen cooking experience is a plus.
5. Valid Driver's license and a driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
6. Ability to accurately and promptly complete required paperwork.
7. Excellent customer service skills.
8. Must be at least 18 years of age.
9. Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
