SRV Temperature Solutions in Utah is seeking an HVAC/R Service Technician - Commercial Refrigeration to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across Utah, with Salt Lake City as a primary service area. Occasional travel to support other branches may be required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of HVAC/R experience (refrigeration industry)
• Universal EPA Certification required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, and rooftop units
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems and commercial HVAC
• Service rack systems, chillers, coolers, freezers, rooftop units, and related equipment
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures efficiently and effectively
• Complete accurate service documentation and work orders
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and system performance
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional service
• Stay current on industry technologies, best practices, and equipment advancements
