Job summary

DOC is seeking skilled Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Technicians to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC units and light commercial refrigeration equipment. You will work as part of a team that values reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong focus on work/life balance, on-call rotation, and ongoing training. Benefits include a company vehicle, health coverage, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Certification Required.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with MS Office products and advanced Phone Apps.
• Ability to provide own set of basic tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on call as needed (rotating weekends).

Responsibilities

• Performing preventative maintenance and repairs on Commercial HVAC Units and light commercial refrigeration equipment
• Troubleshooting the electronic and electrical components; locating the source of the problem
• Removing defective parts by dismantling devices, using hand and power tools
• Providing daily reports and communicating regularly with store managers, the regional DOC Supervisor, and the assigned office administrator
• Adhering to OSHA and DOC safety regulations
• Maintaining company vehicles including supplies and parts inventory
• Other Duties as Required
