Dynamic Air Solutions in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain complex HVAC and refrigeration systems across customer sites. You will work independently or with a team to ensure reliability, safety, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on expertise with rooftop units, chillers, boilers, BAS controls, and walk-ins.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience.
• EPA 608 Certification required; universal preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, and BAS.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics; document service actions.
• Service walk-ins, ice machines, and commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Identify efficiency improvements and recommend system upgrades.
• Maintain professional conduct and communicate clearly with customers.
• Complete tickets, work orders, and inspection reports accurately.
• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety protocols at all times.
