Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. in Summerville, SC, is seeking an experienced commercial HVAC and refrigeration technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across restaurant and retail clients.

You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and coordinate with dispatch and customers. We value EPA certification, strong problem-solving, and customer service, with a company-provided vehicle, tools, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service and repair.
• EPA Certified in HVAC/r equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment (split systems, walk-ins, ice machines).
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs for optimal system performance.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment, including splits systems, package units, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and other restaurant and retail systems


• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure optimal system performance


• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide effective solutions. Work independently while maintaining strong communication with dispatch and customers


• Ensure compliance with EPA and safety regulations

What We're Looking For:

• 4 + years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service and repair


• EPA Certified


• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and electrical diagnostic skills


• A team player with excellent communication and customer service skills


• Valid driver's license


• Ability to pass a background check
