Job summary

A valid AA degree and EPA certification are required, with 3–5 years of experience in HVAC/refrigeration. Additional benefits include a sign‑on bonus up to $5,000, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) match, and ongoing paid training.

Qualifications

• AA degree from an accredited vocational/technical or junior college is required.
• EPA certification is required; 3–5 years HVAC/refrigeration experience preferred.
• Experience with ice machines and walk‑in units; troubleshooting electrical controls is required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose commercial HVAC units at customers' sites.
• Service commercial HVAC systems.
• Change compressors, fans and reclaim refrigerant.
• Maintain legible records of work history.
• Report to work in a timely manner as scheduled by supervisor.
• Experience with rooftop, air package, and rack units.
