Evolution Maintenance, Inc. in Manchester, TN seeks a self-reliant commercial maintenance technician to handle HVAC preventative maintenance work orders and grow into a journeyman HVAC/R technician.

You may also be dispatched as a helper on HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing jobs, with handyman skills a plus. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HVAC and/or a technical school certificate, EPA certification, and a clean driving record, enabling autonomous work with minimal supervision.

Qualificações

• 3+ years' experience in HVAC field or related education.
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment.
• Experience with PM tasks and general handyman tasks is a plus.

We are looking for a self-reliant commercial maintenance technician in the Manchester, TN area that has either experience or education in the HVAC field. This technician will start out handling HVAC preventative maintenance (PM) work orders with the goal of growing into a journeyman HVAC/R technician. This technician will also be sent as a helper on other HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing jobs. Handyman skills are a plus. Experience and skillset will determine hourly pay rate.

Company provided vehicle will be dispatched from technician's home (no requirement to come to central office to get vehicle) via web based (provided) tablet. Qualified individuals should have the ability to work independently with good judgment and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
