Qualifications

• Must have on-site installation/repair experience in HVAC/R for commercial settings.
• EPA Type II certification and chiller knowledge are required or strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work standby after hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Install and repair various types of commercial HVAC units.
• Install control systems and program them.
• Understand duct work and air flow design with sheet metal and duct board systems.
• Produce timely and detailed reports.
• Tie workflow to schedule.
