Environmental Air Systems, Inc. invites applications for a full-time HVAC Project Installer in Wilmington, NC.

The role supports installation of metal panels, ductwork, roofing systems, and related components, following blueprints and safety procedures. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of construction, HVAC, or sheet metal experience, with a basic understanding of HVAC systems and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required and willingness to learn.
• Experience in HVAC, sheet metal, or construction preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and layouts.
• Strong teamwork and safety-conscious mindset.

Responsabilités

• Assist with installation of panels, ductwork, and roofing systems.
• Support bending, fitting, and installation of flashing and structural components.
• Read blueprints and guide installation work.
• Measure, align, and assemble materials to ensure precision.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites and adhere to safety standards.
• Coordinate with multiple trades to support project progress.
• Assist with rigging and equipment placement.
• Complete tasks on schedule with minimal rework.
