Pay Range: $20 - $30 per hour, plus overtime and performance bonuses
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM, with weekends as needed

As a Commercial HVAC Installer/Sheet Metal Mechanic, you’ll be working on commercial sites in and around Dallas, TX. Your responsibilities include:
Installing HVAC systems, curbs, ductwork, piping, and wiring.
Repairing and replacing HVAC components to ensure optimal performance.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintaining a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety standards.
Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Experience: 6-10 years in commercial/industrial HVAC installation and repair.
Education: High school coursework or equivalent.
Certifications:
Apprentice or Journeyman license
OSHA 10 or 30
Assessments: Myers Briggs Personality Assessment, Culture Index, Personality Index.
Background Check & Drug Testing: Required.
Work Environment: Construction sites and commercial buildings.
