Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Commercial Installer I in Scarborough, ME to install commercial HVAC systems and accessories. You will oversee Install Helpers, communicate with customers, and promote products and services, ensuring satisfaction and proper paperwork completion.

Required: minimum 2+ years experience and a High School Diploma or GED; field supervision and safety practices apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Installs HVAC equipment and accessories under minimal supervision.
• Installs heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment per specifications.
• Performs limited diagnostics as needed.
• Designs, fabricates, and installs ducts and duct fittings.
• Performs start-ups on HVAC systems and components.
• Delivers excellent customer service and maintains satisfaction.
• Promotes products and services and notes replacement leads.
• Delivers/removes equipment to complete installation work.
• Keeps company property, vehicles and tools in good order.
• Completes paperwork neatly and on time; collects payments from customers.
• Represents the company professionally and ethically in all matters.
• Keeps installation vehicle clean and organized per company image.
• Follows procedures; ensures vehicle stock and returns warranty parts to branch.
• Performs similar/other duties as assigned.
