Job summary

10X Workforce, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer to join our team on a series of ongoing commercial projects in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be capable of installing and starting up commercial HVAC systems.

This is a long-term opportunity where performance and reliability are key to continued work across multiple projects. Candidates must have EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and their own basic tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage start-up procedures.
• EPA Certification (Required).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must supply basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install rooftop units, split systems, and VRF systems.
• Start-up and commissioning of new equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Replace components including compressors, control boards, and other key system parts.
• Perform maintenance on existing HVAC systems.
• Ensure work meets safety codes and standards.
• Communicate clearly with project managers and team members.
