Job summary

Affordable Heating & Air, LLC in Sylacauga, AL is seeking a Commercial HVAC Installer to install commercial and residential HVAC equipment, perform changeouts/remodels, assemble ductwork and install units on local and out-of-town projects.

Wiring thermostats, brazing copper pipe, building platforms, and Bryant dealer training are part of the role. Benefits include 100% paid medical for employee, paid vacation and holidays, 401K with company match, and a take-home company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial installation.
• EPA universal certificate desired.
• Duct installation experience.
• Fall and Lift Certifications - Desired.
• Proficient in HVAC ductwork installation and low voltage systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial and residential HVAC equipment.
• Perform changeouts/remodels and new construction work.
• Assemble duct work and hang it, braze copper pipe.
• Build platforms and set units, wiring thermostats.
• Participate in Bryant dealer training; local and out-of-town projects.

Commercial HVAC Install| $23.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | occasional overtime

Travel: Must be able to travel | home on the weekends | Out of town projects are a 3/12 work schedule + Per Diem
