Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS), a subsidiary of Lennox International, seeks a skilled HVAC technician for commercial service in Columbus, OH. Primary duties include preventive maintenance, on-site repairs, and calibration after installation.

The role requires 2–6 years of hands-on experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. Travel, overtime, and weekend work may be required; excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC field experience for commercial systems.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Must be able to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/night as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex HVAC problems and refer complex issues to senior technicians.
• Use knowledge of preventive maintenance to determine service requirements.
• Inform manager about preventive maintenance inspections and corrective actions.
• Collaborate in a team environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work safely and follow all safety procedures daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be flexible for overtime and weekend work as required.
