Job summary

Newcomb and Company in Raleigh, NC seeks a Commercial Service Technician to perform scheduled maintenance and testing on contract equipment. You will transport, inspect, and diagnose HVAC systems, reporting needs to dispatch while maintaining safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years HVAC experience or an accredited HVAC certification/associate degree and a valid driver's license. Training and career growth are supported in a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC field experience.
• HVAC certification program completion or an associate degree in HVAC.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and testing on contract equipment.
• Operate measuring and testing equipment as required.
• Record repairs and diagnostics for dispatch.
• Maintain safety and protect company property.
• Coordinate with dispatch and field management for schedule changes.
• Restock truck with approved parts and supplies.
• Participate in training to upgrade technical capabilities.
• Develop clear oral and written communication.
