Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is a major HVAC service provider with a nationwide footprint. This role focuses on installation support, routine maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems for customers.

You will perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and diagnostics, while coordinating with a team to ensure top customer satisfaction. Candidates should have 2–6 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, a valid driver's license, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2–6 years hands-on Commercial HVAC Experience.
• EPA Certification - Type I & Type II or Universal.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service and troubleshooting.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills.
• Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork.
• Ability to work independently and self-schedule.
• Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Driven to succeed with initiative.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Occasional weekend and night work; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex products and/or problems; refer complex issues to higher-level techs.
• Apply experience to determine service requirements and advise on inspections.
• Work in a team-based environment to share workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safety at all times and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be flexible to overtime and weekend work as required.
