Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HVAC service, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read drawings and electrical schematics. EPA certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC service, maintenance, or related mechanical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and system issues to determine solutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential issues before failures.
• Complete repairs and replacements according to specs and standards.
