Your Role: As a Commercial HVAC/Facilities Technician, you’ll:
- As the primary expert for maintaining commercial properties, you will ensure they remain in excellent condition, helping clients prevent expensive repairs. Operating from a fully equipped service vehicle, you will perform HVAC maintenance, general repairs, small service projects, and implement inspection and maintenance programs. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various appliances, equipment, and building components (such as walls, windows, and doors), as well as providing minor plumbing services.

Key Responsibilities:- Service HVAC systems, Reach-in/Walk-in Coolers and Freezers and ice machines.
- Perform maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and ice machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and building components.
- Conduct inspections, preventative maintenance, and general repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing).
- Respond to emergency service requests.
- Provide facility condition observations and repair recommendations.
- Support facility projects and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
- Communicate with customers and complete timely paperwork.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Equipment Provided:
- Fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, and PPE.
Qualifications:- 2-4 years of commercial HVAC refrigeration experience.
- Experience in general repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing).
- EPA Certification and high school diploma/GED required, trade school preferred.
- Ability to travel, work overtime, and perform physical tasks (lift 75 lbs., climb ladders with 30 lbs., maneuver in confined spaces).
- Willingness to wear PPE and undergo drug, background, and driver’s license checks.
- Proficient with tools, power tools, tablets, and reading blueprints.
- Budget management and repair estimation skills.
Skills:- Expertise in HVAC troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.
- General repair skills (carpentry, plumbing, painting).
- Strong safety practices and customer service.
- Effective communication and independent work ethic.
- Industry software experience preferred.
