Houston Dose is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Estimator with a strong background in new construction. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of industry experience and a proven ability to accurately estimate mechanical scopes for commercial developments.

Responsibilities include preparing competitive estimates ranging from $100,000 to $3,000,000, analyzing plans, collaborating with teams, and ensuring accurate record-keeping for smooth project handoffs.

Formación

• Five years of experience in commercial HVAC estimating, focusing on new construction.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, codes, and construction docs.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proj ect management experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare competitive estimates for commercial HVAC projects from $100,000 to $3,000,000.
• Analyze plans, specs, and other docs to develop full-scope estimates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to gather pricing and negotiate costs.
• Bid on projects including ERs, hotels, churches, and other commercial buildings.
• Maintain organized records of estimates and support transitions to execution teams.
