The Controls Technician I's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, implementing and programming preconfigured Direct Digital Controls (DDC) software. This position requires technical experience in multiple BMS platforms (e.g. Niagara AX/N4, Distech, Honeywell) with the ability to migrate communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks. With knowledge in this field, the System Specialist will assist in completing point‑to‑point checkout and functional testing while documenting.
