Job summary

JRC Incorporated is seeking a Gutter Installation Foreman to lead crews in installing gutters, guards and downspouts. This role requires travel across the United States and residence in the Middle Tennessee area.

You will manage daily operations, ensure efficient installations, and oversee inventory and equipment as needed. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of roofing/gutter experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of roofing and/or gutter installation experience required.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and reside in Middle TN area.
• Able to measure and cut materials for installation.

Gutter Installation Foreman

We are adding another Installation Crew to our Gutter Division to install gutters all over the country! JRC pays for lodging, travel time, and much more. MUST LIVE IN THE MIDDLE TN AREA

Description:

• Manage and supervise crews daily
• Leading and handling routine repairs and installation on gutters
• Keeping track of equipment, and material for inventory purposes
• Install all gutters, guards and downspouts as well as keeping the truck organized
• Running the setup of operating fabricating machines to cut, using shears, hammers, or drills
• Climb, kneel, crawl, and stand to perform daily work and ladder climbing when needed
• Complete removal of existing gutter and reinstall
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Availability to consistently travel throughout the U.S.
• 1-3 years of roofing and/or gutter installation a must
• Ability to measure and cut materials for installation
• Leading the team to be more efficient in the field
• Valid driver's license, in good standing
• Experience driving a box truck
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
