Job summary

Qualifications

• Some experience in lawn care or outdoor work preferred.
• Able to operate mowing equipment.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history preferred.
• Ages 18+.
• Able to obtain a DOT card (clean drug test and good health) preferred.
• Willingness to take initiative and support crew leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care/landscaping/tree care services on primarily commercial properties.
• Assisting with route efficiency and daily job flow.
• Maintaining clean, safe, and professional job sites.
• Following safety procedures and proper equipment use.
• Contributing to a positive work environment.
• Other duties, as assigned.
