Job summary

Sysco is seeking a corporate FP&A professional in Houston to drive profitability and efficiency. The role partners with Operations leadership to implement planning, analytics, and reporting that influence the P&L and strategic results.

You will leverage Excel/VBA alongside Tableau for multi‑dimensional reporting and forecasting. Responsibilities include supporting the US Foodservice AOP, producing executive‑level insights, and performing financial modeling to guide timely decision making.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent combination of education and experience (5+ years) to perform essential functions.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a corporate setting with reporting, FP&A, analytics, and financial modeling.
• Strong commercial focus with cross-functional partnering experience.

Responsibilities

• Create reporting suites to provide finance and business insights and KPIs.
• Provide insights on monthly/quarterly results vs plan and forecast.
• Support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for US Foodservice and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Identify margin, cost and efficiency opportunities and perform ad-hoc analytics.
