Job summary

Sysco Payroll, a division of Sysco Resources Services, LLC, seeks an experienced FP&A professional to drive reporting and analytical insights for corporate and operational teams in the United States. The role emphasizes advanced Excel/VBA and data visualization to support strategic decisions and cost optimization.

The candidate will partner with operations and finance leaders to develop KPIs, influence the annual plan, and deliver timely P&L analysis.

Qualifications

• BA or an equivalent combination of education and experience (5+ years) to perform essential functions.
• Minimum at least 5 years of corporate experience in reporting development, FP&A, analytics and modeling.
• Strong commercial focus with cross-functional partnering skills.

Responsibilities

• Create reporting suites enabling insights for Finance and Business teams.
• Partner with field finance teams to develop KPIs for P&L management.
• Provide insights on monthly/quarterly results versus plan and forecast.
• Support US Foodservice AOP and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Identify margin, cost and efficiency opportunities.
• Perform ad-hoc analytics and financial modeling.
• Use VBA and Excel to create standardized multi-dimensional reporting.
• Draw data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.
• Make strategic recommendations using data analytics and predictive modeling.
