10X Workforce, LLC is seeking a Foreman for a Commercial Journeyman Electrician role on a hands-on site project in Pottsville, PA. You will manage field work, read drawings, and translate redlines into build-as specifications to guide construction.

The project runs 2–3 months with a path to permanent roles for top performers, offering diverse, ground-up site experience and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of journeyman work experience.
• Fluent in pipework including EMT and rigid conduit.
• Proficient with MC cable cabling.
• Able to read Bluebeam drawings and translate redlines into build-as specifications.

Responsabilités

• Underground duct-bank installation with 3″ inner-duct for fiber
• Place and install ground pull-boxes and precast structures
• Perform building rough-ins (R/I) on site

Scope of Work (Site Work)

• Underground Duct-Bank: Installation of fiber3″ inner-duct

• Ground Pull-Boxes / Precast Structures:Placement and installation

• Building Rough-Ins (R/I):
