Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking a Commercial Flooring Project Manager in Coppell, TX to lead planning, execution, and financial performance of large-scale flooring projects. You will review plans, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining client relations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction project management, 3+ years on flooring projects, and proficiency with Procore or similar tools. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• 3+ years managing commercial flooring projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of TCNA standards and ANSI installation requirements.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from turnover through closeout.
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Manage budgets, profitability, labor productivity, and forecasting.
• Prepare and negotiate change orders.

*All Candidates must be prepared to provided a detailed project list of commercial and multifamily roles over $400-500K total project billing.

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, financial performance, and successful completion of commercialprojects. This individual oversees budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, quality control, billing, change orders, and customer relations. A highly organized construction professional who understands both the technical and business aspects of commercial flooring construction and can consistently deliver profitable projects while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Commercial Flooring Project Manager Responsibilities

• Competitive base salary of $90,000 - $100,000 plus applicable bonus.
