Job summary

Ritsema Associates in West Michigan is seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to support high‑quality commercial flooring projects. You will install tile, wood, carpet, and specialty materials, prepare surfaces, and maintain a safe, efficient jobsite.

Qualifications

• Must provide and maintain personal hand tools (power and specialty tools provided)

Responsibilities

• Install various types of flooring including tile, wood, carpet, and specialty materials.
• Perform floor preparation tasks such as leveling, sanding, and surface repair.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards for quality, accuracy, and durability.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring correctness and cost-effective execution.
• Inspect completed work and report any issues to the Foreman.
