Staffmark Group is hiring a Commercial Floor Cleaning Associate in Knoxville, TN. This role offers $20.00 per hour and primarily a 2nd shift from 4:00pm to midnight. Join a team-focused environment where your contributions are appreciated.

You will follow written and verbal instructions, work both independently and in a team, and bring attention to safety, quality, and reliability. Training is available for the right candidate.

Education Requirements

• Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Commercial Floor Cleaning Associate.
• Good driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
