Overview

The Fleet sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining relationships with local business, municipalities, and organizations that rely on Ford vehicles. This role goes beyond vehicle sales - it’s about understanding each business’s parts, service and fleet management needs and providing tailored solutions to keep their operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and fleet customers.
  • Prospect new accounts by visiting local businesses and presenting Ford fleet, parts and service solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to businesses for their ongoing fleet needs, including maintenance, repairs, and parts.
  • Partner with service and parts departments to coordinate solutions for fleet customers.
  • Achieve sales goals through business development, networking, and follow-up.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure businesses receive prompt, professional support.
Qualifications
  • Previous sales or account management experience (automotive, fleet, or B2B).
