Legal Associate – Commercial Finance (US Remote)

Are you a junior Legal Associate looking to take your finance practice to the next level?

I’m partnering with a nationally recognized Commercial Finance group that represents leading banks, finance companies, and private equity sponsors on multi-billion-dollar transactions across the U.S. and internationally.

They’re looking for an associate, senior associate or counsel level to join their growing team.

The Role

You’ll advise on a wide variety of complex finance matters, including:

• Asset-based and cash-flow lending
• Leveraged acquisitions and secured financings
• Loan restructurings and debtor-in-possession financings
• Private equity and sponsor-backed transactions
