Job summary

Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is seeking a Commercial Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across Southern Connecticut from the New Haven area. You will be in the field meeting business owners, assessing needs, and delivering tailored pest control solutions while building lasting relationships.

Base pay plus uncapped commissions with paid training and a company vehicle. OTE ranges from $50,000 to $110,000+ depending on performance, with weekly pay during training and ongoing support

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Outside Sales experience.
• Must be comfortable managing your own territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Driven by performance, growth, and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.
• Inspect commercial properties and identify pest control needs.
• Build customized solutions (not one-size-fits-all sales).
• Prospect new business through calls, visits, networking, and referrals.
