Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Commercial Service Technician to perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC/R systems, food service equipment, plumbing, fuel dispensers, and electrical systems across Whitewater and surrounding locations.

The role requires a high school diploma, EPA Universal 608 certification, and at least 3 years of commercial HVAC and related experience; OSHA awareness is preferred, with travel under 10%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; EPA Universal 608 certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience with maintenance & repair.
• Experience repairing cooking or refrigeration equipment a plus; OSHA awareness.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment per standards.
• Communicate repair status with supervisor and store management.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, food service equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Maintain service vehicle and tools; monitor stock levels and safety compliance.
