Responsibilities

• Clean exterior windows using brushes, sponges, cloths, and cleaning solutions.
• Remove water and residue from glass surfaces for a streak-free finish.
• Operate high-pressure washing equipment for building exteriors.
• Safely access windows using rope descent systems, scaffolding, ladders, or extension poles.
• Raise and reach windows up to 500 feet with rope systems or scaffolding.
• Handle and transport cleaning solutions, including mildly abrasive agents.
• Set up ladders to access second- and third-story windows.
• Maintain and store tools safely and properly.
• Follow safety procedures at heights and with equipment.
