Leads high impact and high visibility initiatives in conjunction with division goals for increasing revenue, productivity, optimizing cycle time and improving customer satisfaction. Is accountable for delivering strategic results by working cross functionally, driving sustained process improvements that increase implants and revenue with our 1200+ field team members. Will support key commercial initiatives focused on resource allocation and commercial support investment. Must be able to analyze and dissect large data sets, identify trends, opportunities, propose recommendations and drive results that positively impact our commercial product implant trajectory.
