Formación

• 3-7 years of experience in commercial construction project estimating.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Comprehensive ability to read and interpret construction documents including drawings and specs.
• Proficiency in estimating software including takeoff tools and estimating databases, excluding Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze project documents to determine construction means and methods and breakout of scope packages.
• Perform quantity take-offs to develop detailed estimates of labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Apply labor and material costs per project requirements and site conditions.
