Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced National Commercial Escrow Operations Manager to lead and support escrow operations across the National Commercial Services division. This role is responsible for developing and delivering training programs, creating, and maintaining standardized escrow procedures, conducting internal audits, and ensuring accurate file balance maintenance and reconciliation. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with GAAP and industry standards while collaborating with associates and managers across all levels of the organization. This position requires occasional travel to support operational consistency and training across regions.

Pay Range & Benefits
$105,447.13 - $175,745.22 Annually
The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
