Job summary

F&B Landscaping is seeking a Commercial Enhancement Technician to join our team in the Colorado Springs area. We are a local, small business that values good work and pride in completing landscape enhancement projects the right way.

This seasonal role requires snow work in winter, a valid driver's license, and the ability to operate landscape tools on commercial properties. PTO starts on day one, and a 401(k) with a 1% company match is available after one year.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial landscape enhancement, install, cleanup, mulch, rock, edging, planting, sod, grading, and site improvements.
• Ability to work efficiently and safely on commercial properties.
• Comfortable using landscape tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license required and clean MVR.
• Reliable transportation and snow operations availability during winter.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape enhancement, installation, cleanup, mulch, rock, edging, planting, sod, grading, and site improvements.
• Work efficiently and safely on commercial properties.
• Operate landscape tools and equipment as needed.
• Communicate clearly with the team and coordinate with crew.
• Be available for snow operations during the winter season.

F&B Landscaping is looking for aCommercial Enhancement Technician to join our team in the Colorado Springs area.

We are a local, small business, not a big corporate company where you are just another name on a schedule. We know our people, we value good work, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in completing landscape enhancement projects the right way.

Pay: $22-$26/hour DOE

Position Details

• Unemployment is attached during the off-season
• Snow work is required during the winter season

What we're looking for

• Experience with commercial landscape enhancement, landscape install, cleanup projects, mulch, rock, edging, planting, sod, grading, and general site improvements
• Ability to work efficiently and safely on commercial properties
• Comfortable using landscape tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license required
• Clean MVR required
• Reliable transportation
• Must be available for snow operations during the winter season
• Someone dependable, hardworking, organized, and able to communicate clearly with the team
• Equipment operation experience is a plus
• Commercial landscape experience is a plus
