Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking an experienced Commercial Enablement Manager to lead development and execution of enablement programs across Business Development, Inside Sales, Distribution, Outside Sales, and Sales Leadership. You will deliver scalable learning experiences, onboarding, sales tools, coaching resources, and performance-support systems to strengthen commercial effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or broader business/engineering discipline.
• Five+ years of experience in commercial enablement, sales enablement, or related field.
• Experience supporting sales or customer-facing teams and partnering with commercial leaders.
• Experience designing and scaling enablement programs, tools, and learning solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience using data and performance metrics to improve enablement.
• Ability to travel up to 30% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise-wide commercial enablement strategy.
• Create scalable, role-based programs for multiple commercial channels.
• Assess capability gaps and prioritize solutions with measurable business value.
• Establish enablement standards, governance, and learning paths.
• Partner with Commercial Leadership to align enablement with customer needs and revenue goals.
• Design onboarding programs to accelerate new-hire readiness and productivity.
• Develop learning paths for BDC, Inside/Outside Sales, and Sales Leadership.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced experiences.
• Build capability in prospecting, consultative selling, account management, and value selling.
